Ph.D training is conducted in close collaboration with four national Research Schools in Psychology, each being positively evaluated and accredited by the Royal Netherlands Academy of Sciences (KNAW).

Graduate Research Institute EPOS

The basic mission of EPOS is to advance the study of cognition, man or machine. The researchers in EPOS are concerned with the question of how information is acquired and represented, how information is understood and communicated, how it is used in the control of action, and how it is stored in the brain.

Interuniversity Graduate School of Psychometrics and Sociometrics (IOPS)

IOPS is an institute for the advanced dissertation training in psychometrics and sociometrics; it also coordinates the high-quality research in this area.

Kurt Lewin Institute (KLI)

The Kurt Lewin Institute (KLI) is a centre for graduate training and research focusing on the analysis of the psychological factors contributing to the shaping of social behaviour.
